Grace Jimenez: The Face Behind GBJ Healthcare Solutions
Grace Jimenez, the founder of GBJ, is a recognized subject matter expert in the skilled nursing and senior housing healthcare sectors. Most recently, she served as Vice President for Capital One’s Healthcare platform, where she was responsible for clinical and regulatory underwriting and management of the SNF and Sr. Housing book, at one point up to 2000 facilities. In her role, over the past 17 years, she assessed the portfolio’s clinical, regulatory, and operational activities, as well as risk exposures and sentinel events, playing a critical role in credit decisions. Her extensive financial experience in the healthcare industry is virtually unmatched.
Prior to Capital One, Grace held key positions, including:
- Court Appointed Lead Nurse for Texas Department of Aging Trustee Program.
- Texas Department of Aging Services (DADS) TX Nurse Surveyor (LTC).
- Director of Nursing (108 bed SNF / San Antonio, TX).
- Pediatric / Neonatal Nurse (Milan, Italy).
- Neonatal & Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse (Philippines Heart Center for Asia).
